| Prices - Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed. Payments - Please make cheques payable to 'Deborah Smith'. Alternative payment options are available, please enquire. Cancellations - You may cancel your order up to five days after we have confirmed recepit of your deposit. Deposits become non-refundable after this time.Once you have received your proofs and confirmed that we can go ahead with your order work will begin and your order cannot be cancelled and therefore payment must be made in full. Delivery & Damages - We can accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. Damages must be reported within 5 days. Returns - In the unlikely event of a complaint the customer must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving their order. No claims will be entertained after this period. Refunds or exchanges can only be given where merchandise is found to be faulty or the specifications of the order haven't been met. Colours & Appearance - Due to the constraints of the Internet, colours may vary slightly from the photographs. Due to the nature of the handmade processes and products that we use there may be very slight variations in each item produced. Warning - Please be aware that due to the small parts on our cards they are not suitable for very young children.
