 Placing an Order
 
 This section contains all the information that you will need for ordering your wedding stationery.
Please read it through and if you have any questions then please call 07721 326 026 or e-mail me.
 
 Ordering - There is no minimum order amount. To place an order please click on the link below. Once I have received your order I will confirm receipt, send out payment details and advise a delivery date. I will also request all your insert details so that I can create some proofs for you. These need to be typed or clearly written and they can either be sent by post or emailed to me.

Prices - Prices for each item of wedding stationery are shown underneath it's image on each design's product page.
Prices are for the design shown in any relevent colours listed and include a white or ivory envelope where applicable.
For those designs which are a colour of your choice I will endeavour to meet your requirements and find as close a match as possible.
Prices stated for stationery include one printed insert in each invitation, menu and thank you and up to two printed inserts (eight sides) in each order of service. Unless otherwise stated standard inserts are white or ivory to match the card and are printed in black. Additional inserts, coloured inserts and coloured text are available at a small additional cost, and I can also print your guest names and rsvp envelopes should you require it - please e-mail me for prices.
The price does not include delivery.

Payment - A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before work begins on your stationery. The remaining balance of your account needs to be paid before I dispatch your finished order. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque payable to 'Bee Happy Designs'. Online payment details will be emailed to you once you have placed your order.

Proofs - Please ensure that all of your insert information is correct when you supply it to me. Once you have received your proofs you will need to email me with confirmation/changes. I will provide you with two free proofs but any subsequent corrections requested will be charged for.
Please check your insert proofs very carefully before confirming that you would like me to go ahead with your order as I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that are discovered afterwards.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all relevent permissions and copyrights relating to Order of Service inserts.

Delivery - Delivery times are dependent on the size of your order and my current workload.
Please allow me 3-4 weeks production time from receiving your deposit. If you require your order sooner then please email me as I may be able to rush a job through for you.
The remaining balance of your account needs to be paid before I dispatch your finished order.
Orders are generally dispatched on a Friday via Royal Mail Special Delivery (which includes insurance of up to £500.00) except for Magnet orders which will be dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Delivery requires a signature and so if you have any specific delivery instructions please inform me before your delivery date.

Delivery charges - orders for up to 25 items = £5.00 / orders 26-50 items = £10.00 / orders for over 50 items = £20.00
Please note : if your order needs to be split this may incur extra delivery costs.

Overseas Ordering - I are more than happy to work with customers who are overseas, please email me for details.
